Self-health is a huge topic these days with the continued threat of COVID-19 out there, it is so important that we try to keep ourselves healthy both physically and mentally. I had the pleasure of speaking with Hallie Steinberg, Certified Health Coach of Hallie’s Healthy Living. Hallie began her business this year with her strong desire to educate people of all ages on simple and effective ways to live a healthier life. As a graduate from the University of Pennsylvania, she holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology and has also received two master’s in education and taught many years in several Special Education Classrooms. Hallie focuses on the four pillars of health and simple changes. A healthy life doesn’t have to mean drastic changes and unrealistic goals but through small changes and awareness everyone can commit to a healthy lifestyle. She can help with some interactive activities, discussions and goal setting that can lead to realistic changes that will inspire a healthy lifestyle for you and your family.
Lifestyle – how you live
Exercise – how you move
Attitude – how you think
Nutrition – how you eat
Hallie has worked with many families with children of picky eaters, health conditions and much more. She is well known for her Pantry Makeovers. She comes into your home and goes through your pantry and helps you learn the science of label reading, creating shopping lists and meal planning. She even will do a Shopping Session with you and your family.
For the Employers out there, that are thinking of offering a Wellness Program for your small business, Hallie can absolutely help. For every dollar spent on employee wellness programs, employers receive three to four dollars in healthcare savings according to researchers at Brigham Young University. She can provide a wellness program customized to fit your organization’s needs.
Since the pandemic, Hallie has been having to do things a little differently. She is hosting a lot of online events for both networking as well as educational webinars. She has also needed to adjust to the new norm.
