As I have said time and time again Self-Care is very important especially when one is going through Cancer. There are many benefits of exercising during a cancer diagnosis. It may lead to a faster and better recovery as well as improve on your daily activities for a better quality of life. It also helps your emotional side by helping to decrease the strong negative emotions that one endures during this difficult time.
I had the pleasure of meeting Kelly Cotter a few years ago and now she is working on helping people during their recovery process.
